 Refund and Return Policy for Kaarukriti

  Effective Date: 20th September 2024

 At Kaarukriti, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our handcrafted products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a return and refund policy. Please read the terms carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.

 (A) Timeline for Return Requests

- You must raise a return request within  72 hours of the delivery  date.

- An  unboxing video  of the delivered package is required to facilitate a seamless return process.

 (B) For Pay on Delivery (POD) / Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

- We offer  store credits or product replacement , depending on the return resolution selected.

-  Refunds cannot be transferred  to other payment methods.

- Upon receiving your return, we will send an email to confirm receipt of the parcel and proceed with the chosen resolution method.

(C) For Online Pre-Paid Orders (Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Wallets)

- Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within  5-7  business days  of receiving the returned items in their original condition with labels and tags intact.

-  Card Payments : Refunds will be credited to the same card used during order placement.

-  UPI Payments : Refunds will be transferred to the same UPI account used for the order.

- You will receive an email confirming the receipt of your return, and we will proceed with the refund.

-  Do not disclose your OTP  to the courier partner until the return package has been handed over.

 (D) Refunds on Customized Product

- Return/Refund of customized order is not allowed

 (E) Exchange Policy

At the moment, Kaarukriti does not offer exchange services. If you wish to purchase a different style, color, or size, please return the item and place a new order using store credits in your registered account.

 (F) Replacement Policy

- We offer replacements for products with defects such as  broken or damaged items .

- To request a replacement, please email us with  product images or an unboxing video  for validation.

- Replacements are subject to stock availability. If the product is out of stock, store credits will be issued.

 (G) Online Return Process

 - We offer a  free return pick-up service  across India.

- Each order qualifies for one return request, and the courier will make up to  three pick-up attempts .

- If the return cannot be handed over within these attempts, you may opt for  self-return . Contact customer support for assistance.

 (H) Self-Return Process

- Customers may return products by shipping them directly to our warehouse.

- Please email us at help@kaarukriti.com with the courier details and tracking number.

- Shipping charges of INR 60 will be reimbursed in the form of store credit for locations without return pick-up service.

 (J) Payment Methods

We accept payments via  Net Banking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Mobile Wallets, UPI, and Cash on Delivery (COD)/ Pay on Delivery (POD) .

 Shipping and Delivery Policy for Kaarukriti

 At Kaarukriti, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process for our customers. Below are the details of our shipping and delivery policy, including processing times, shipping options, and delivery timelines.

 (A) Shipping Locations

 - We ship to all major cities and towns across India. At present, we do not offer international shipping.

- For remote areas or locations with limited courier services, delivery may take additional time, and availability may vary.

 (B) Order Processing

-  Order Processing Time : All orders are processed within  1-3 business days  from the date of order confirmation.

- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- In case of any delays due to unforeseen circumstances (such as stock availability or operational issues), we will notify you via email or phone.

 (C) Shipping Charges

 -  Standard Shipping : For most orders, a flat shipping rate of  INR 60 is applicable.

-  Free Shipping : Free shipping is available for orders above  INR 499 .

- Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total order value and shipping destination.

 (D) Delivery Timeline

  Standard Delivery : Orders are typically delivered within  5-7 business days  from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

-  Remote Areas : Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may take an additional  2-4 business days .

-  Note : Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to external factors such as courier service disruptions, weather conditions, or regulatory restrictions.

 (E) Order Tracking

 - Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with the  tracking number  and  courier service details .

- You can track your order by visiting the courier’s website or logging into your Kaarukriti account under the “My Orders” section.

- In case of any delays or issues with tracking, feel free to contact our customer service team for assistance.

 (F) Delivery Policy

-  Signature Required : All orders require a signature upon delivery to ensure the product is safely handed over.

-  Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts : The courier partner will make up to  3 delivery attempts . If the package cannot be delivered within these attempts, it will be returned to us, and we will reach out to you for further instructions.

-  Incorrect Address : Ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. Kaarukriti is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 (G) Cash on Delivery (COD)

 -  COD Availability : Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to  INR 5,000 . COD charge of Rs 30 is applicable.

- In certain remote areas, COD may not be available, and you will be notified during the checkout process.

- For COD orders, the payment must be made in full upon delivery to the courier.

 (H) Special Shipping Requests

 (I) Damaged or Lost Packages
